Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:

A credit card is required in order to guarantee the reservation.

Check in hour: 15:00

Check out: 12:00

Cancellation policy:

1. We require a deposit for one night for every reservation in order to guarantee your reservation in the requested dates. The payment methods are bank deposit or credit card (by phone), this one without any extra commission required.
2. The accommodation is non-transferable. We don’t accept other persons instead and we do not make any refunds once the check-in and payment are made.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior the arrival in order to avoid the one night charge (in case of the guarantee deposit).
4. If the guest makes a cancellation, the company won’t refund the money paid through a deposit. Instead, it will offer accommodation for the same amount that was paid, in the dates the user decides within 6 months from the cancellation.
5. If a deposit was made and the customer did not show without any previous notification to the hotel, the 100% of that night is covered and is non-refundable.
6. If the customer makes an early departure for any reason not related to the hotel, the full or partial refund of the nights previously paid won’t be possible.
7. If no show occurs, your deposit will be absorbed for the cost of the first night and won’t be refundable or negotiable.

No show policy:

If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:

Extra person charge is for $200.00 MXN per extra person in room.

Children policy:

Up to 10 years old minors are considered children. 11 years old and older will be charged as adults.

Pets policy:

Your pets are welcomed in our hotels. Please check our pet policies.

Oversold policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
